Artificial Intelligence in HR

The implementation of artificial intelligence is bringing radical changes to corporate processes, significantly impacting the roles of organizations, teams, and individuals. This requires a shift in the approach to human resources, particularly in recruitment, skills and competency management, and the evaluation of work quality.

What can artificial intelligence do in HR? How can it help us, and what opportunities does it offer? On the other hand, where can we not expect its assistance, and where should we be cautious?

These issues will be addressed at a seminar organized by the Czech Banking Association on January 23, 2025. Together with Jaroslava Kračúnová (Deloitte Legal), Zuzana Kostiviarová (Deloitte), and Tomáš Houdek (CTU in Prague, Mobilis Institute), I will participate in a panel discussion on the topic: Current Issues in Artificial Intelligence in HR.
