I accepted the invitation to the biggest autumn event organized by GrowJOB institute.

The Conference Leadership focused on the current situation on the labour market, which specific AI tools to apply from the perspective of managers, how corporate vision helps also in manufacturing sectors or how to solve intergenerational disputes at work. We also looked at the role of a good leader and why it was even more important then than ever before. It was also about how to create a personal success manual, attendees learned about the bad habits of leaders and in the end, they left with concrete tips and insights from a diverse range of industries.
