The biggest autumn event organized by GrowJOB Institute:

The Leadership conference. This event focused on the current state of the labor market, exploring specific AI tools from a managerial perspective. It also delved into how a corporate vision can aid even the manufacturing sector, and how to resolve intergenerational disputes in the workplace. We also looked at the role of effective leadership, a topic more pertinent now than ever before. The conference didn't just theorize, but also provided practical guidance on creating personal success manuals. Attendees learned about the common pitfalls leaders face. Ultimately, they left armed with concrete tips and insights applicable to a diverse range of industries.
